Hello there! I’m photographer and artist L.E.Lake, but please to call me Ellen. If you like dream worlds and quiet corners, rusty things and tattered bird wings, then you might like my work.

I use vintage and antique film cameras as well as a collection of digital cameras. I employ multiple techniques in the creation of images – from hands-on lighting, unique lenses and filters, dark room processing and experimental film manipulation to the digital darkroom of Photoshop. My current favored children are a Hasselblad 201f, an Olympus e-500 and a Holga. I’ve shown my work in gallery shows and many different forms of media, from books to national magazines.
